| Dave was commisssioned by the Texas art publication ArtLes to travel to the Texas border and interpret the efforts of the "Minutemen," a group of activists trying to stop illegal immigrants from crossing the Mexican border into Texas. Dave spent a week in Fabens, Texas with these men, then picked a set of his photographs and integrated them with text from interviews he conducted with various Minutemen.
